I'm skilled at using the Kirkpatrick Model of Evaluation and have routinely incorporated it in my work through: 

  • Learner reaction surveys in classroom training and "Level 1" evaluations for eLearning courses.

  • "Test out" pretests and summative assessments with 80% passing requirement for eLearning courses.

  • Opportunities to apply the learning on the job.

  • Tracking of metrics such as attrition, promotion rates, and business growth.
